Beware the system pilfers credits from your account

Beware their system randomly takes credits off your balance while you play so you don't immediately notice it. When you report it you get the run around as they act dumb and smoke and mirror it . I reported it to the immediate online support, they kept simply repeating what I told them but neither acknowledging nor investigating it . I scaled it up to the email support and just got the same replies. Clearly they cover it up and either know the system pilfers from your account or they simply don't care because what are you going to do about it .
