Bad/ worse service ever

I am very dissapointed ibadded lotto star as beneficiary to my capitec app followed the instructions used my I'd as ref as requested I paid in R50 I went online and ko money reflected waited again nothing decided to go on a live chat agent Cairo as per him I had to wait ...waited nothing until now nothing as per agent I have to sent prove told him capitec does not allow you to take screenshot or resend prove of payment and according to me it's ridiculous to give out more money than I intended to fir absnk statement he gave me the same info over and over again after a while he ask what acc I paid it in I gave fnb acc number and my ref and the amount only to be told there is nothing he can do I was still chatting he then blocked me rude and not helping at all I now lost R50 just like that...very bad service and why have the option to add a beneficiary if it's not working I checked again I used the correct info as per the lotto star app the money is supposed to reflect but it's not very dissapointed
