Bad service of staff Lottostar

I play a few weeks ago Arabian Wins I pay R1719.90 for free games 12 the mo ent when I press the system give me an error I did not see one spin. I ask for weeks for assistant eveytime they ask the same thing history video show the same what happen but still they never come back I feel they need yo refund me I am for years a customer
