Bad service Lotto Star

I need a word that is more bad then bad. I withdrawn money to a phone number that i could not access 25Aug2025. I contact Lotto stars agent and aked for a reversal cause i was ****** and somone took my phone so Im not using that number anymore and no one else is using it. Ever since that day I had to ask how far is the reversal cause Im scared that someone can buy a sim card and get that number and then that person can get my money. Everytime im chatting to a new agent they just say they are waiting on feedback from Nedbank some of them say they are waiting on the reversal. I phoned in to Nedbank after a week and the person from Nedbank that was assisting me say he is doing the reversal as we speak cause the money is still lying there. Before that I spoke to an agent that said to me someone from lotto star used also the wrong number for the reversal and she fixed it. Can you believe that evertime I am chatting to an agent or calling an agent I just get "we are waiting for feedback from Nedbank" but no one is picking up a phone to ask Nedbank what the story is. I just chat to an agent a few min ago and that agent told me Nedbank not operating on weekends. Demit theres been how many weekdays in two weeks time but that wasnt use to solve the problem. Now tomorrow is 09September2025 already then I must start doing the phoning again. How much airtime must I use and how much data must I use how much time of my working hours must I use to do there work by solving this issue. I have been playing on the Lotto star platform ever since covid started but they cant do this for me. I ask them for my vhats from the day I asked for the reversal cause i want to show people my bad experience but they vant even help me with that. The one agent day no one can give me that. The service got worse. Some of the agents just stop the chats cause they feel I must have patients. First they told me it will take 72hours I wonder they count 72 two hours. This is now almost two weeks. I do not know how people just feel that you must wait they will help you when they feel like it. No problem when money rolls in but if they must do something for you. Then you a nothing. People please if you want to go threw this keep on playing Lotto Star. Bad bad bad service from Lotto Star. I cant even express a much worser word for there service.
