Bad bad service

What a bad customer service, I wanted to deposit however couldn't and agent suggested I go to the bank, during lockdown. So my life is not important. I then requested for the account to be closed and that was never done. when I go on chat again Banele took forever just to say Hi, he then gets my request wrong.. they have no customer service. I would not recommend their service to anyone. I am not able to remove the above star as I rate their service -100. and I got this type of service from two agents.
