BAD, BAD ,BAD SERVICE AND FEEDBACK

On the 27th I played the Jackpot which require the min bet. Not even 2 min into the first game it kicked me out with an error, so I went into the game again, and again it kicked me out, I did this for about 4 times, i beleave that every time yiu go bavk it restarts the game, causing me to loose out on potential winnings, it feels as if they deliberatly "rigg" this . I have a great kind and report this to Carte Blance for investigatin. I reported the issue to Lottostar and the agent asked me to clear the browser history which i did and it still did the same. I also noticed that half hour into the game a messge came up that there were 500 winners, why not continue the game to the hour allocated,. Today is the 4th March 2022 and 3 reporting of this issue from ky side to Lottostar, and still I have had no feedback.
