94.7 Summer of millions competition

So on Saturday the 4th December i received my Golden ticket for the R1 Million grand prize draw Summer of millions competition. Wow i can't express how happy i was because knowing on Monday the 6th December they will announce the 10 lucky golden tickets recipients. So i made sure i rescheduled my plans to listen live on 94.7. So only 5 we're picked? I thought oky they will announce the other 5 lucky recipients later. Hours past and nothing, so i decided to phone lottostar and they couldn't give me an answer telling me that they will phone me back, so they did 2 hours later telling me that NO there will only be 5 lucky golden tickets for the draw. Completely shocked i asked why they told me that because of covid 19. I said, but since i received my golden ticket nothing has changed from Saturday to Monday so why? They can't answer me. I even said that the president did not speak and stated the levels so why? Still nothing. Then i asked why wasn't this announced before the draw took place live? Why didn't lottostar post or email everyone? ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. How could lottostar just change it. The email disclaimer said 10 lucky golden tickets not 5 for the draw on Wednesday the 8th. To be honest for a client from the beginning i would have never ever expected something like this. I am truly disappointed.
