Still no news

I can't even work out anymore - just how long it has been that we had bought stock, exchanged it and to date not received the new order.<br> <br> My last dealings with the store was a Sat morning when I explained that I had every weekend fully booked in preparation for the birth of our baby. I specifically mentioned 4pm the following Mon that was a great time to chat to finalise everything - that was in March. It is now almost Sept and we bought the wooden bins probably almost two years ago.<br> <br> I'm at a loss for words - I don't know what more to do. Lotters has been our furniture store of choice. We have purchased from bunk beds, to beds, to pedestals, to tables, chests of drawers and washing baskets. We still require a few items but have not made an attempt to acquire these as we are not sure of the process going forward!<br> <br> As I mentioned before - I am not trying to be a difficult client - just trying to establish when we are going to receive our order of 2 years ago...
