Poor service delay on order. Negative rating well deserved.
If there was negative scale for ratings lotterspine would be -100!!! Delay after delay excuse after excuse. Waited approximately 2 months for an order still nothing. I hope people check this company's reviews because I was positive about them but wow, I'm gobsmacked. Never in my life have I been met with such poor service. Won't step foot in their stores again.

It must however be said that the LOCKDOWN has disrupted our supply chains severely and procuring quality pine is proving to be difficult

10 Nov 2020, 20:12Hello why does it matter, so you can interrogate the staff member that in merely having to put up with the company's mismanagement. Firstly I feel covid is used as an excuse. It is best to be upfront with customers, if there are problems alert them. It is but the right thing to do.
