Poor quality products taking ages to repair

We bought a number of products less than a year ago. The dining room sideboard cracked and the bed base, which has four drawers, had a section fall right off. Lotters Pine collected the broken furniture for repair without problem. The nightmare started with the repairs now taking weeks and each time the bed base is delivered it is still not correctly repaired and I cannot open the drawers properly - they worked perfectly before the bed was taken in for repair. Lotters Pine are now fed up with my complaints and are blaming their supplier. The supplier is now meant to come to my home to effect the repairs. This means I now have the headboard and foot piece standing loose in the room. The bed base is also no longer in the same condition from being repeatedly loaded onto the truck and driven up and down in an attempt to get it repaired. Meanwhile, I am now waiting and waiting for the supplier to contact me to repair the bed. I am deeply, deeply disappointed.
