Lotters Pine Furniture Review- Strubensvalley If you after increasing your risk of receiving a product with defect and poor after sale customer services, this is the company for you. I had to continually follow up otherwise communication would have been almost zero, the defect product moved backwards and forwards and more than 1.5 months later once again received back in same condition- NOTHING done. Oh and also a touch of additional damage inflicted during their handling of the product. I sent a mail to the branch and the contact person on their webpage regarding my dissatisfaction and lodged my feedback on their facebook page. No surprise that NO efforts have been made to contact me in follow up & attempts to rectify. This company continues to excel in poor service delivery. The only part of this sale that was seamless is when my credit card payment was processed (full payment required up front).
