goods not received as per specifications

In December 2014 an order was placed for a TV plasma unit at lotters pine woodmead branch which was only delivered end Jan 2015. When received there were mo holes at the back of plasma to get wires out, the right door hinges were not fixed properly and the left door had a shelf missing. They promised to have it rectified but it's 20th February and yet nothing. They want to take the plasma and keep overnight but why do i have to bear the inconvenience of having to keep my 42inch Tv and other items lying around until such time its done. Why is it that the customers are always inconvenienced when payments are done promptly and all is expected that we get what we asked for. Must say it's been a very sad experience and don't really know what else is in store. I have been told they will make a plan over next week, but am sure that there's bound to b further delays like in the past. So i sit with what i have and continue to compromise when the vendor remains unaffected. Very sad times. Either give me a new unit asap or have this fixed same day.
