terrible

<p>I bought a battery booster (jumpstart pack) from lots more via bid or buy, didn't know it was the worst nightmare ever. It was delivered in a month's time as promised, when it ws finally delivered upon opening I learnt it was damaged, at the same day I sent the e-mail with pics detailing the damages nd requesting it to be collected to be replaced but till today m waiting, since 25th April 2016. I have been patient hoping it will be exchanged but now I DO NOT WANT it anymore, I want a full refund. I'm losing @ R1200 a day by not having my boosterpack, I have lost @ least R26000 so far. What does one has to do to get service from lotsmore?</p>
