NO DELIVERY OF GOODS ORDERED AND PAID FOR

On 30/12/2015 I ordered a X Box 360 game: Star Wars Kinnect (Order ***) via Bidorbuy R487.43. I received confirmation on 01/01/2016 of the order received and payment received.<br> <br> On 19/01/2016 I received the following message: <br> <br> \SA customs unfortunately held back your order's consignment so it is taking a while longer to clear. This does happen very occasionally when they stop a shipment and thoroughly check all of it's contents. As unfortunate fate would have it they have picked the consignment that your order forms part of.<br> We can however confirm that we are expecting them to release it over the next few days which will allow us to dispatch it to you the very same day we receive it.<br> Please rest assured that you will receive your order.\"<br> <br> On 27 January 2016 having not heard anything from them, I enquired about the shipment and received a reply on 01/02/2016:<br> <br> \"We have now changed shipping companies and will hopefully not experience these delays further. We apologise that you had to go through this wait twice. We are awaiting delivery this week and will keep you updated.\"<br> <br> On 29 Feb 2016 I sent them an enquiry as to what is going on with the order. Up to now (22/3) no reply. "
