Refund from Lotsha mzansi financial

<div>I app**** for a loan with the company and everything was approved. After a day they said must pay legal fees I paid and they said I will get the money in 30 minutes time Yooh I paid almost 7500 to the company still nothing till today and I app**** last year around September. When I asked them to cancel and I want my refund they said I must pay R1700 I did pay till today no refund when I asked they said in their contract non of the act said the company refunds money. Can I please assist me in getting my money back</div>
