Lotimena – don't buy from these scoundrels, you'll be lucky if you get anything and if you do, it's sure to be *******!

If I could give this company a zero-rating, I would. They don't deserve 1 star.

I ordered 5 t-shirts online from Lotimena, who looked like a UK-based company, with everything changed in pounds. These were intended to be a birthday gift. The order was placed on April 18, the birthday came and went, still no parcel. Nearly two weeks later and the company assures me the parcel has been delivered and signed for, finish and klaar. Now I'm out of pocket to the tune of £85 (R1 500), Lotimena have got my money, their useless courier company is no where to be seen and it's unlikely that I'll see the last of the five t-shirts, which was shipped owing to high-demand and a run on the item. Don't buy from this bunch of scoundrels as there is no way of getting your money back and from the reviews I've since found online, their quality is ****. I've been taken good and proper.
