We Hope Link (Pty)Ltd bought HL1 paper from Lothlorien recycling and paid up front. When paper was loaded it weighed more which is understandable and there was an outstanding balance to be paid. Upon arrival the paper was soaking wet and we wanted to return the full load of over 30 ton. When we contacted Lothlorien we were told to offload the paper and they will send someone the next day to our site to have a look at the paper and to resolve the matter. That never happened and after numerous calls and emails to try and resolve the matter no one came back to us. Only after 2 moths someone did arrive at our premises telling us that they want their outstanding money. We still had the paper and were willing to either return the paper and have a full refund or they could write of the money that we owe them to compensate for our loss because the paper weighed more due to the huge water content.
