Bad customer service and rude manager

Hello , I am very disappointed by this company the branch at Waltloo Pretoria,where by the manager was impatient for us while we were offloading the truck of boxes with hands instead to ask the guys or request a forklift to help us she was yield at us telling us we are waisting time because want to get inside with a high note of voice , she was not showing respect to us. We are the customer of the above company sometimes, on our arrival, we sometimes find them loading trucks with the bailed boxes or plastic or find busy with other customers, we are able to wait for period of hour and 30min we even sleep in the truck , when they’re done they send a security to tell us to get inside.

If you can interrogate most of your customers at that branch , they will tell what kind of a person she is , is not for first time.
