Completely useless

This company has no ethics at all.they have a contact number on their website,yet no matter how many times you call no one awnsers. I have emailed them so many times. Either to get a response a week later or never.i spoke to a guy called grant for a exchange of a product and he said it would be sorted.i have tried calling and smsing and yet still nothing has been done with regards to my exchange.I have never dealt with such incompatiance. And I want to make everyone aware of the lack of service and communication thee people have with clients.
