I bought boots and two weeks after they started cracking

I bought boots there a month ago never thought I'll have a problem so I threw away the slip so their boots started cracking had to send them back an old Indian lady at the door demanded a slip told me she can't help me and they sell quality shoes I'm the first one to complain she was very rude I wasn't so pleased and I don't think that's the way to treat people its very inhuman
