Lost parcel at Parcel counter in Lorsons Rooderpoort

Good day

I need help. My sister just lost her parcel at Lorsons store in Rooderpoort. The parcel was left at the parcel counter as you are not allowed to enter with it. Apparently the parcel was ****** by another customer and now the store is refusing to help her. They are saying its non of their businness and there is nothing they can do about it.

Please advise on what we can do in order to get justice. TIA
