Rude Nurses

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lizelle and Kayleen. My uncle is a patient at this institution, and all I wanted was to schedule a visit. Instead, I was met with rudeness over the phone and was simply told that someone would call me back. They repeatedly shouted that they couldn’t hear me, so I switched to a different phone and called again. When I mentioned this to the staff member, she dismissively told me that if I had issues with their phone system, I should report it to management, as it was not her problem. This interaction has left me deeply concerned about my uncle’s well-being. If the nurses are this rude over the phone, I can only imagine how they treat patients behind closed doors.
