Lorraine Essential Oils still ********

Hello All I have just been ****med by this company. Unfortunately I did not see the bad reviews before making payment. I became suspicious when I was asked to make a further payment for the box to transport the essential oils. I then cancelled the order and asked to be refunded. I was advised by Paul that I would be refunded by 12 noon today but that never happened. He doesn’t answer any of my calls and now ignores my WhatsApp messages. Isn’t there anyone out there who can help with this, so many people seem to have been ****med and still being ****med. This is very wrong!
