Perfect communication

Earlier today I had issues with a booking and ideas worried because I know the agency is currently moving locations and it's a Sunday. I sent a message to the agency whatsapp and within 10mins for a response and was called back and assisted in what to do.

I was really stressed out and worried, thanks to this agency I was really happy with the experience and how I was helped.
