Kind and understanding

On Monday 21-October I had an emergency so I was unable to make the booked shoot I had. I felt terribly because i was worried I'd let the agency down and the client. Was also worried because before this happened at another agency and I got terminated.

Lorenzo Management was not even upset with me when I called, they were so kind and helped and checked on me first.
