Firstly my experience started off very average. I battled to get hold of them in the beginning but this was due to load shedding affecting the system and landlines. After emailing them I was then immediately assisted. What an amazing law firm agency. The front desk staff and assistants on the phone are friendly and very thoughtful. It's so important to have kind people as the face of the company. The 2 lawyers who worked on my case were both very qualified. They always went over and above my expectations. I know nothing about the law but they explained things to me so well. I really valued my experience with Lorenzo Africa Group even though it was under difficult circumstances. Thank you to the entire team. I will always be grateful and recommend you. Warm hugs
