Unreliable Business

Hi there,

It has been 2 months since I have placed an order with Munashe Mudambo from Flame Lilly Luxury Sleepwear, however she has still failed to either send the items or make a refund of R1684. Her constant excuse is that she blames the courier company, although she cannot send a tracking number as proof that she has sent the items. She has blocked my fiance, my friends and myself, who have all been trying to get hold of her regarding the issue. She has since renamed her business as Lorem Loungewear and refuses to co-operate.
