Payment made, no goods

I made an order with Lorem Corsets on 29 December 2015. To-date I have not received the goods. The last mail from them (20 January 2016) was to say it was stopped at customs and they were pressing for a release of the goods but since then no response or update on what is happening. I have also requested a refund on the money spent for the order and postage, but no response.
