generic excuse

i ordered two items from Lorem on the 8th of February and they confirmed 7 to 8 business days for delivery, by 17 Feb i inquired as to when i will receive my parcel and got an email back confirming that they have experienced a slight delay with the shipment from our warehouse to them, however, all is in order shipment is in transit - this is due to arrive with them on Thursday/Friday and will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery to me. on 22 Feb i still did not receive anything and inquired again and got basically the same response, all there orders are delivered within approx +/- 5-8 working days, however they are experiencing a delay which was due to shipping to them, they are expecting it to arrive with them on Friday or Monday and all orders will be dispatched for overnight delivery straight away<br> i don't see the point in waiting so long for something that i paid over R1000 for and they can't give you a straight answer. if you try phoning you can't get through. i'm at the point where i might cancel the order, but i don't know if i will get my money back if this is the way a delivery is handled<br> can i please get feedback a.s.a.p or delivery before end of this week<br>
