Frustrated by lack of communication

<p>I bought and made an immediate payment for the product on 22 April 2016. Delivery terms 10 working days but I only received my order on the 26th of May 2016. What a frustration and when I followed up they took forever to respond. They had finally responded and assured me thay are ordering the product and will deliver soon with a gift. There was no git in the delivery and I received something that I did not order. I send an email to notify them tha tthe prodcut I received was not what I odered with no repsonse. I subsequently sent mails to follow up and request an exchange but still no response.</p> <p>I had ordered twice from them with no issues and I thought I would get the same experience but it was different this time around. I cant even call anyone for follow up.</p> <p>It is very frustrating to not receive any feedback from the store. I would recommend that you buy your item elsewhere if you are gonna be treated like like you do not matter asa customer.</p>
