La Baroness

We had gone to the restaurant at exactly 7 as we had booked for a family evening coz it was my son and partners birthday and they had a special of a 3 course meal for 265,upon arrival they had ran out of lamb chops and Malva pudding which was on the special and that made it false advertising,we asked the waiter if there was any alternative coz I don’t eat pork (he said he could see if he could make a plan,he was so nice)he told us the manager said no,we requested to speak to the manager and he came to our table and without giving us a chance to speak gave us an attitude that he can’t substitute the lamb chops with anything of the same value/money and that we should order straight from the menu and walked away.that kind of attitude was disgusting to say the least.we ordered veggies for the baby and the pumpkin and spinach got served cold not even warmed up.Iam saddened and disappointed by this kind of service,we were paying for our food and we did not deserve that kind of treatment
