******* and car scratchers

I always come to this car wash and they always ***** my coins, but what happened today is beyond me. They scratched my car and because I was so mad I didn’t check properly and thought it was black paint on my beautiful white car only to realise that they actually scratched my original white paint off and what I thought was black paint is actually the silver that’s under the original paint of the car. When I request cctv footage they tell me it doesn’t work Yoh this is the worst forget supporting black business go where there is actual good service and accountability because what they are doing at lopsnel is something else the staff had the audacity to tell me that they left the car in good shape but where is the evidence that the car was left in good shape coz i definitely took selfies next to the car before I took it to the car wash and it was I in good shape so what happened?!
