I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this online store. I ordered a shoe rack and made payment three weeks ago, but I still haven't received my order.

The lack of communication and updates on my order status is unacceptable. I would not recommend this online store to anyone until they improve their customer service and delivery times.
