Loot crate/anime/gaming A MASSIVE ****

I have waited over a year for my crates and all i get is excuses about back logs and then my support tickets are closed with out providing an actual conclusion, absolutely shocking and a massive ****, My brother warned me about them but it seemed so appealing and exciting to receive a surprise crate so I went ahead and now Im down on my money with nothing to show for it, Theres even a facebook group dedicated to their bad support, delays and non delivery which should tell you all you need to know.
