Leaking Oztrail tasman 4 plus

I purchased a Oztrail tent on Loot on 17 Apr received it about the 25 April. Our very first trip the tent started leaking. I informed them and returned the tent to them within 21 days. I have since been made aware on reviews written on the Loot website that others are also complaining about the oztrail leaking and also on their very first trip. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks now and every time it is the same story we are doing some more tests. I always have to follow up.
