Bad service from oztrail

I'm very disappointed with the oztrail online shop thier terms and conditions is 5 to 7 working days for delivery and they charge a R120 delivery fee. They do not live up to thier standards or timeframe. Very very disappointing. Will not recommend anyone to use the store terms and conditions does not apply to them but only to the customer.
