Terrible Service

The service is shocking. I ordered something in March and it still has not arrived. Every time I followed up they wrote the exact same email back to me(sometimes weeks later). I asked for a manager to be in contact with me, for a refund, and my requests were ignored. I followed up again recently (for about the 10 time now) and they informed me my shipment was lost and that they can send me a gift card to shop there again, once again ignoring my request for a refund. My advice is do not shop online here, the service is shocking and you do not get your goods
