AVOID Using Loonatig Group

AVOID using this company, they don't deliver. I paid them to make display stands and since the beginning of April 2022, they have still not delivered, nor have they refunded the full amount even after they promised to pay the full refund on the 11th May.

The directors Phillip Smith and Kaylen Smith, will 'apologise' however it doesn't mean anything if they can't fulfil their promises and rectify their business ethics.

Date: 23 April 2022 "Good morning Genevie. I do agree that yesterday was not right. And I am totaly to blame for this. Here is what we are doing and what we ar doing to fix our mess. Please accept my apology. We do not work with this and after speaking to our team regarding this there were many excuses and i take responsibility for everything. We are- -Reprocessing the wood sheets - we have removed all paint from steel frames and are cutting brace pcs - welders are applying stronger welds - paint wise we will be using acryilic paint that we can cure in a kiln. I dont want to lose your busines, the opportunity you have granted us is big an no matter what has happend personally we have no right to let that affect the business. I shouldve checked in more than I did.

Date: 9 May 2022 “We missed your deadline by alot and would like to know how you would like to proceed, if you would like a refund we understand that there are reputation damages on your end, if you can tell us what that is we are happy to refund with interest as an apology from our side.”

Date: 11 May 2022 “Funds and refund is with the accountant, once it has been processed we can share the POP.”
