I have been with Loom insurance for awhile and before you joined King Price(I KNEW WE GONA GET IT) your claims process was smooth and now it has just ******* with your nonsense suppliers who promise to always call you back but they don't, was told that my cellphone has been sent to me via the courier yesterday till now no peep or SMS from that courier. Obviously now the supplier is ignoring my calls why why why did you have to change you claims process your Hello Peter page has gone to the dogs that's how bad it is.
