PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY LOOM INSURANCE

My phone slipped out off my hands and broke on Tuesday morning. I logged a claim on Wednesday morning. The claim was approved and the phone was picked up by a courier the same day. I paid the excess yesterday. A week after logging the claim,, I have my phone back in my hands. I was kept updated every step of the way. Obviously, and most importantly, the screen is fully functional again. I'm very impressed at this service, which comes at a decent price, too. Please maintain this high standard.
