Pathetic service

I insured a 2019 6th generation ipad (wifi-only) with loom insurance. When I claimed for the device they told me that their supplier didn't have it in stock instead they gave me a voucher which I could only use on their suppliers website excellular. To me surprise the supplier only stocks very old gadgets. With the voucher I got I could only afford to by a mini ipad 2 (2014 model).If I could rate them a zero I would, they don't deserve even half a star.I'm definitely not impressed! And wont refer any future clients to them.They should come and collect your old device as it's of no use to me.
