Loom pathetic service, no resolve after a month
CLM*** has been approved since the 19th Feb 2020,yet loom has unable to assist me any further with a replacement, Ronit has started to ignore me completely as well as the supplier Hashim from exCellular. My claim is for a motherboard and now i have to purchase one that puts me now almost R4000 out of pocket as i can't wait any longer, please get this claim sorted out asap.
