LOOM is just DOOM

On the 25th of June, I submitted a claim to loom CLM*** for a cellphone, on the 27th it was approved. Since then no communication from Loom has been forthcoming

3 days later I made a followup and was advised they still waiting for their supplier I made another follow up and was told to email ***. Those people from King Price are worse, they don't even acknowledge receipt of the email, never mind giving feedback

I need the phone for my work, now 18 days later, there is absolutely no communication from LOOM, very poor indeed
