Loom insurance all good for nothing

Long delayed claim, I logged claim on Sunday, I never get feedback if I don't follow up. Everyday when I follow up there is required information. I shared all required information and nothing get resolved, I paid all my premiums without issues.

I need this resolved today.

TAT is 2-3 days, but still.

Your delaying techniques won't work. I need to know way forward on this today.
