insurnce claim

I took insurance with .and I lost my phone then I claimed and I submitted my claim but they are sending me from pillar to post now about proof of purchase of which the phone was a dual sim and it has two imei numbers and I provided them with the primary imei number but they still sending from pillar to post please assist
