Horrible service provider

I app**** for coverage, paid installment but my device was ******. I spoke to Ele he said that I couldn't claim because of the waiting period clause. I asked him what happens in these situations, he was of no help. He said I could submit but he doesn't guarantee my claim will be processed. I tried to submit my claim and to my surprise my device was removed from their system.
