I was pickpockets 2 cellphones on the 23rd Jan 2021. I submitted my claims the very same day. They were both approve on the 24th Jan 2021. I Paid the access fee on the 27th Jan 2021 and received a new phone the day after. I also received a claimcard for my other phone the same day. The process was very swift and efficient.
