DON'T USE LOOM
Do not insure with Loom no matter how easy it may seem. When it comes to claiming they do not replace your item they give you a voucher to use at a store called Excellular which does not stock your insured item. you need to pay in double your phones worth.

I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately your device was underinsured. As per our T&C's underinsured devices will receive vouchers as cash is not offered as a settlement option. If you would like for us to source an alternative device for you we are more than happy to do so.

29 May 2020, 10:53As per your email below, my claim was approved with no mention of being under insured. Your supplier was not able to source my phone and you provided me with a voucher for the Excellular. i also have the email from Excellular stating that they do not have stock of my phone which was sent to Loom yet you still issued a voucher knowing that the store where i have to redeem the voucher doesn't have stock.

2) I have canceled my policy's with Loom already, cut my losses and sourced a Phone with Excellular and paid in the additional cost just to be rid of both of you
