***** claim on my profile!!!

Very bad experience, Loom loaded a claim i have no idea of on my policy. A phone brand I have never even owned in my life. When I notified them of this(on multiple occasions) their very first instinct was to shift the blame on me and imp**** I actually logged a claim. Even after I furnished them with evidence, they didn’t even have the decency to apologize to me or confirm that the claim was never mine in the first place and possibly jeopardized my insurance claims history. Incase they do read this, im not looking for an apology from them anymore.
