DO NOT USE LOOM INSURANCE!

Loom is so easy to sign up for, and they're so quick to take your money when it's time to pay your premium, but when it comes to paying out for a claim they're so tardy. I submitted a claim and within 24 hours I submitted all the required documents as per their Ts and Cs, then they come up with stories asking for additional documents. I went around like a headless chicken to submit those additional documents before the 21 day lockdown. Then they told me near the end of Level 5 lockdown my documents were not accepted. Ive exhausted all my means at that point and just withdrew my claim. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I've been with them for more than a year and have never missed a single payment!
